Our festival is built on four simple pillars: be together, be present, be kind, be respectful. We ask everyone—attendees, staff, and performers alike—to carry these values throughout the day.

Providence Police, Fire, & Private Security will be on-site throughout the festival to ensure a safe environment and to provide assistance if needed.

Beer and other alcoholic drinks will be available for guests 21+ with valid ID, and must be enjoyed in designated areas. Outside alcohol isn’t permitted.

Substances that are illegal under Rhode Island law are not allowed at the festival.

This is a family-friendly festival, with music and activities designed to bring joy to kids and adults alike.

Leashed pets are welcome to join the fun! If your pet isn’t comfortable around crowds or other animals, we encourage you to think twice before bringing them along.

We love seeing memories captured! Personal photography is welcome, and by attending you agree that festival photos and videos may include your image.

The festival is rain or shine—please dress for the conditions and keep an eye out for updates if the weather shifts. There will be no rain date for Swell. The festival will be paused for thunderstorms or weather that threatens the safety of our artists or guests. in this scenario, direction will be provided by festival staff.

Parking options will be available nearby, but we encourage biking, carpooling, or public transit whenever possible to keep things simple and sustainable.
